Maha Kirtan 3 deets

Dear Prabhus,

Please accept my humble obeisances. All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Just a reminder that Maha Kirtan 3 is this Saturday 24th October 2009. The venue is Graceville State School Hall: 23 Acacia Avenue, Graceville. Doors will open at 12.00pm and Kirtan will commence at 1.00pm sharp with Group 1.

The Kirtan Timetable is as follows:

Brisbane Group 1: 1-2.30pm

Brisbane Group 2: 2.30pm-4.00pm

World Sankirtan Party: 4-5.30pm

Gaura Vani & As Kindred Spirits / Mayapuris: 5.30-8.30pm

Each group will be responsible for providing their own instruments. Please do not assume that instruments will be provided for you on the day. Also, I request that each group is punctual, we cannot exceed your allotted timeslot. Another point, please have your group’s set list finalised before the performance. That is, who is singing and for how long, who is playing what instruments etc.

Please note that the capacity for GSS’s Hall is strictly 250 people. Unfortunately once we reach capacity noone else is permitted entry. Please communicate this to all the devotees. If we exceed capacity then we will lose our security deposit and we will violate fire regulations. The principal of the School is very firm on this point and if we breach it then ISKCON Brisbane will not be permitted to hire this venue again.

Performers, Sponsors and Service Staff will be on the door list. That is, they are guaranteed entry prior to the event. Others will be on a first in first served basis. Persons who miss out can be directed to the Saturday Feast at the Temple. Alternatively, Gauravani & As Kindred Spirits will be playing near Brisbane on the following dates:
