Remixed demo

I've hooked up the Sounds menu item at the top of my blog, and it now goes to the Sounds page, where I will link to all the aural goodness that I post here.

Here are the Woodford Folk Festival Tracks remixed:

This is the mix that we've submitted as our demo.

I played bass and guitar on all the tracks, harmonium and keyboard on Jaya Radha Madhava, and mrdanga on Sri Krishna Caitanya. Vraja Dham played shaker, mrdanga on Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya, and the dholki on Jaya Radha Madhava. Prem Yogi handled cartals, Rasika Seva sang and played harmonium, and we all sang chorus, along with Ram, Prabhu, and Prahlad who clapped.

This was a pretty rushed demo, with no rehearsals. The version of Jaya Radha Madhava that we did was spontaneous based around Vraj's dholki playing. We also didn't have all the musicians for the group, such Andy, who plays saxophone with us.

I'm pretty pleased with how it turned out considering it was a three day exercise - two hours of live recording, and then two days of polishing and mixing.
