Climate Change Harinam Report: Highgate Hill / Hill End

Posted On: Mon, 2008-05-12 01:38 by sitapati

This week we visited Highgate Hill, and went through to Hill End - completing the inner city Southbank peninsula.

Some road side graffitti describes our mission: "Subtle Intervention". Sankirtan yajña is a subtle science, and how it intervenes in the karma of the living entities is mystical. At the same time, a party of Hare Krishnas rocking through your suburban neighbourhood with mrdanga, cartals, and an amplifier isn't so subtle is it? :-)

Highgate Hill and Hill End were previously rundown neighbourhoods at the bad end of town. Now they are bohemian inner city suburbs.

May 21st at Atma Yoga we are talking about UFOs, aliens, and other worlds in the universe.

Chanting Hare Krishna makes you happy
