A magical evening - dedicated kirtaniyas meet a facility optimised for kirtan. In some of the previous places people got it *after* they saw these guys play. Other places, including Sydney, thanks to visionary leadership, got it ahead of time and laid the ground work for an ecstatic evening of kirtan.

The kirtan has been ecstatic everywhere, but last night the band really hit their stride.

It was time for the first concert of the tour, at the Broadbeach Surf Life Saving Club.

The inside of the SLSC was transformed into the spiritual world.

The Mayapuris did a Shiva kirtan that they are working on as their first single, as well as an awesome drumming sequence in the middle of a kirtan.

Jahnavi and Vrnda did a beautiful dance.

Akincana Krishna das sang his famous Potomac tune.

The band had a great time...

...and so did everyone else!

Here is a recording of the Internet live concert that Gaura Vani and As Kindred Spirits did yesterday for Srila Prabhupada's Disappearance Day. The 1 hour concert doubled as the rehearsal / sound check for the tour.
